Sr. Executive Administration

You are seeking a Senior Admin Executive for your POR factory with at least 8 years of experience in factory admin and facility management. In this role, you will be responsible for various key duties. Your primary responsibilities will include managing office supplies, facilities, and support services. You will oversee the maintenance of administrative records and documents, supervise clerical and administrative staff, manage canteen and housekeeping operations, and ensure the proper maintenance of the facility. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing cleanliness, security, and overall facility hygiene, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of utilities and monitoring energy consumption for efficiency improvements. You will also manage contracts and relationships with external service providers, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and safety standards. Implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety policies, conducting safety audits and fire drills, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations are also part of your responsibilities.
