Core Responsibilities

Design & Technical Coordination

• Review architectural & structural drawings and coordinate façade design requirements.
• Evaluate façade system options, materials, and performance specifications.
• Work closely with consultants to finalize shop drawings and engineering details.

Project & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with façade contractors, material suppliers, and fabrication vendors.
• Track progress, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve interface-related issues.
• Conduct technical meetings and ensure compliance with project milestones.

Site Execution & Quality Assurance

• Oversee installation of façade elements (glazing, ACP, curtain wall, cladding, etc.).
• Monitor workmanship, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections and prepare site reports highlighting progress and challenges.

Problem-Solving & Compliance

• Identify risks and provide engineering solutions to design/execution issues.
• Ensure that the façade meets all structural, thermal, acoustic, and aesthetic requirements.
• Coordinate testing such as water tightness, air leakage, and structural integrity where required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Related field.

• Minimum 8+ years

  specifically in façade engineering for

  commercial high-rise buildings

  .
• Hands-on experience with curtain wall systems, glazing works, ACP claddings, and unitized façade systems.
• Strong understanding of modern façade materials, testing standards, and installation methodologies.
• Excellent project coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle site challenges independently and deliver within timelines.

Location: FC Road, Pune
