They help businesses scale revenue through high-impact paid advertising and strategic outreach, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization. Role Description This is a full-time Digital Marketing Manager role at Impeccable Ads located in Delhi, India. The role involves managing social media marketing, lead generation, marketing campaigns, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic and engagement. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills Marketing and Digital Marketing expertise Proficiency in Web Analytics Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and project management skills Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Account-Based Marketing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Role and Responsibilities ● Work as a part of the performance marketing team, a subset of the Growth Team. ● Manage online advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Amazon and others. ● Manage a portfolio of company-owned ecommerce sites assigned to you. ● End-to-end ownership of accounts assigned to you - growth and optimization. ● The portfolio will include sites targeting various countries, selling a variety of products. ● Be the custodian of KPIs like Online Sales Revenue, RoAS, Campaign Quality Scores. ● Be comfortable with hands-on, in-house execution, without any agency dependence. ● Ensure proper data tracking and attribution by resolving any setup gaps in GA/GTM. ● Maintain product feed hygiene and health of Google Merchant Center accounts. Desired Candidate Profile: ● The ideal candidate is someone with 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C ecommerce environment or a PPC agency. Educational background in engineering or digital marketing is most suitable for being able to manage this role. ● Analytical skills are most important to be able to manage this role. Data analysis will be a daily part of your job and the ability to derive actionable insights from data will be useful. ● Technical skills related to the job are expected, which includes but is not limited to familiarity with advertising and analytics dashboards of Google, Meta, Amazon as well as the capability to conduct research, keyword analysis, audience segmentation etc. Within Google, hands-on experience with Search, Discovery, Shopping and Performance Max is expected. ● Candidates who have worked in fast-paced environments like those of startups or new and growing business divisions would be preferred. ● The candidate should share our mindset of working with incremental improvements and must be open to learn new things quickly. We are looking for someone who can work independently with a result-focus and is not afraid to experiment within accountability. ● The candidate should be solution-oriented with the ability to think, logically and even laterally, when presented with a problem.
