Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

As a Paid & Retail Media Manager, your role will involve being the single point of accountability for all performance-oriented media investments across both open-web and retail media networks (RMNs). You will be responsible for end-to-end planning, activation, optimization, and measurement for various digital paid media channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, Video & Display (upper, mid & lower funnel) as well as Retail Media Networks. Your success will be measured by incremental sales, ROAS / TACoS, share-of-search, new-to-brand growth, and data-driven optimization of 50+ Cr annual budgets across priority and incubation brands. Key Responsibilities: - Build annual retail-media strategy & Joint Business Plans with Marketplace - Own media briefs, flighting, bidding, catalogue readiness, and creative specs - Lead external RMN agency; govern SLAs, pacing, and innovation pilots - Optimize to TACoS, share-of-shelf/search, new-to-brand, and other RMN-specific KPIs - Translate marketplace insights into full-funnel brand and merchandising actions Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in managing Retail Media Networks - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimization - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment This is a full-time position with a remote work location.,
