Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing leader to drive strategy, manage performance channels, and scale our brand across platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team and deliver strong growth through data-driven marketing.

ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Build and execute a complete digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan yearly and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, Design).
  • Set KPIs and ensure channel performance targets are met.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Allocate budgets, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and funnels.

SEO & Website

  • Oversee technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Improve website performance, organic traffic, and search rankings.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers to improve UX, CRO, and site speed.

Social Media & Branding

  • Manage organic social media strategy and content calendars.
  • Drive brand campaigns and audience engagement.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging.

Content Strategy

  • Create frameworks for blogs, videos, creatives, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ads Managers.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to refine and scale campaigns.

CRM & Automation

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Kylas, etc.).
  • Build lead nurturing workflows and optimize funnels.
  • Improve MQL → SQL → sales conversions.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing tools.
  • Evaluate and recommend new platforms and technologies.

Qualifications

  • 6–12+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content, and lead generation.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
