Sr. Design Engineer

Are you a skilled Design Engineer with a passion for hydraulic pump design? Rotech Pumps, a global leader in industrial pump manufacturing, is looking for an experienced and innovative professional to join our Design & Engineering Team . Key Responsibilities Design, model, and analyze hydraulic pumps and components using Creo, SolidWorks , and AutoCAD . Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure precision in engineering drawings. Perform hydraulic and mechanical calculations to optimize pump performance and efficiency. Develop engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications for new products and custom solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct root cause analysis and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges. Stay updated on industry standards and contribute to continuous product improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in hydraulic pump design and engineering. Proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and drafting. Strong understanding of hydraulic pump design, performance calculations, and material selection . In-depth knowledge of GD&T principles and their application. Familiarity with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, is an asset. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
