Sr. Design Engineer

We’re Hiring – Design Engineer (SolidWorks & Solid Edge)

Location: MIDC Hingna, Nagpur

Key Responsibilities

• 3D modeling, drafting, and assembly design using SolidWorks & Solid Edge.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design calculations for precision.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) and release to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Production & QC for design validation and manufacturability.
• Support new product development (NPD), reverse engineering, and cost optimization.
• Ensure proper documentation and revision control as per ISO/PPAP standards.

What We’re Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Design or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of design experience in precision machined components/assemblies.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, and materials (SS, aluminium, hardened steel).
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks & Solid Edge (mandatory).
• Exposure to FEA/Simulation tools (preferred).
• Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and strong communicator.
