Develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings of sheet metal components and assemblies using Creo.
Design refrigeration sheet metal enclosures, ducts, cabinets, and structural parts considering manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation.
Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure smooth transition of designs into manufacturing.
Perform design modifications, updates, and improvements based on feedback.
Maintain accurate documentation of design revisions and engineering changes (ECN/ECR).
