Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist to lead cutting-edge initiatives in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Graph Intelligence. This role demands deep expertise in Neo4j, AWS Neptune, NLP, and LLM frameworks, with a strong foundation in predictive analytics and solution architecture. You will be instrumental in designing scalable, intelligent systems that transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models including predictive, prescriptive, and generative techniques.
• Architect and implement graph-based knowledge systems using Neo4j and AWS Neptune for semantic reasoning and relationship mapping.
• Design and fine-tune LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
• Build and optimize RAG architectures, prompt engineering pipelines, and inferencing frameworks.
• Apply advanced NLP techniques for text analytics, document AI, OCR, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and topic modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems and drive business outcomes.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical leadership across projects.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Gen AI, graph intelligence, and cloud-native ML.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in programming with Python and SQL.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised algorithms, deep learning (RNN, LSTM, GRU), and artificial neural networks.
• 3+ years of experience in NLP, text analytics, and document intelligence.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and open-source LLM frameworks for tasks like summarization, classification, NER, and QA.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques, prompt engineering, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Neo4j, AWS Neptune, and knowledge graph modeling.
• Experience with RAG architecture, fine-tuning, and LLM deployment.
• Good to have familiarity with big data technologies and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with graph neural networks, semantic search, or knowledge graph reasoning.
• Exposure to ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
