Job Title: Senior Customer Care Executive (Telecalling)

Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience (plus performance incentives)

Job Summary:
Alshifa Cupping Clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Care Executive to join our telecalling team. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound calls to patients inquiring about our cupping therapy and wellness services, fix appointments across various clinic branches based on doctor availability, and ensure a positive patient experience. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in telecalling, preferably in the healthcare or clinic sector, to contribute to our growing operations in Chennai and Coimbatore. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to patients who have inquired about Alshifa Cupping Clinic services (e.g., cupping therapy, aesthetics, consultations) and respond to inbound queries promptly.
  • Fix patient appointments in different clinic branches by checking doctor availability, coordinating schedules, and confirming details to ensure seamless bookings.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, pricing, and branch locations to address patient doubts and encourage conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and patient interactions in the clinic's CRM system for follow-up and reporting.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volumes, appointment fixings, and query resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and doctors to verify availability and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle escalations professionally and follow up with patients to confirm attendance or reschedule as needed.
  • Contribute to team efforts by sharing best practices and participating in training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with telecalling regulations, data privacy standards, and clinic protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in customer service or telecalling are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or clinic sector (e.g., appointment setting, patient outreach).
  • Proven ability to fix appointments and handle patient inquiries in a high-volume call environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage).
  • Proficiency in telecalling tools, CRM software (e.g., dialers, appointment scheduling systems), and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and persuasion abilities to build rapport with patients.
  • Ability to work in shifts, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced telecalling setup.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Chennai or Coimbatore as needed.
