Primary Skillset (Mandatory)

Product Development Skills:
Minimum Viable Product (MVP) design
Wireframing & prototyping (Figma, Miro, etc.)
Product lifecycle management

Further Skillset Explanation

Support end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and engineering teams.
Maintain product roadmap and prioritise backlog that drives vision and features aligned with business goals.
Plan for system and downstream implications of new product features.
Collect user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform product strategy and prioritisation.
Collaborate with technology leads and architects on product enhancements and troubleshooting.
Track KPIs and evaluate product performance.
Work with cross-functional teams on APIs, SaaS products in financial services or banking domains.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Partner with Product Manager to identify new opportunities and support user experience research.

Skillset – Nice to Have

Strong stakeholder management and articulation skills.
Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
Excellent verbal communication.
Experience in FinTech or SaaS product management.
Exposure to Payments, Credit Card, ACH systems.
Experience in large organisations with project management and reporting environments.

Work with FTE product managers to create detailed requirements like epics and user stories.
Engage with scrum teams during development stages, clarify queries, and remove blockers.
