Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property requirements.
• Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and closing of deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality.
• Strong interest in sales and the real estate industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
