Job summary

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations. With a focus on Spring Boot and Java technologies the candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance business operations and drive efficiency. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirements specifications and user manuals.
Utilize Spring Boot and Java technologies to design and implement robust software solutions.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various departments.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business performance.
Ensure that all solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
Test and validate software applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions into existing systems.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Support post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Demonstrate proficiency in Spring Boot and Java technologies.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have experience in business process analysis and improvement.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE 8 Programmer
