Job Summary

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. With a focus on cloud technologies and software development the candidate will leverage their expertise in GCP Cloud AWS and Java to drive innovation and efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
Design and implement solutions using GCP Cloud and AWS optimizing for performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes.
Utilize Java 8 Core Java and Spring Boot to build robust and efficient applications.
Manage version control using GIT ensuring code integrity and collaboration among development teams.
Apply GenAI Basics to enhance data-driven decision-making and business insights.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions making necessary adjustments to meet business goals.
Document processes and solutions ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in GCP Cloud and AWS with hands-on experience in cloud-based solution development.
Exhibit expertise in Java 8 Core Java and Spring Boot with a solid understanding of software development principles.
Have experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient software delivery.
Show proficiency in using GIT for version control and collaboration.
Understand the basics of GenAI and its application in business analytics.
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
