Job summary

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our mobile test automation processes. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. The role demands a deep understanding of mobile test automation to drive efficiency and innovation in our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of mobile test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for automation projects.
Design and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile applications.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve automation processes and tools.
Oversee the integration of automation solutions with existing systems to streamline operations.
Monitor and report on the performance of automation initiatives to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mobile test automation.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation frameworks to align with evolving business needs.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of automation tools and techniques.
Support the transition to a hybrid work model by ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in mobile test automation.
Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing the quality and reliability of mobile applications impacting user satisfaction and business success.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile test automation.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in mobile test automation with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate expertise in designing and executing test plans for mobile applications.
Exhibit proficiency in automation tools and frameworks relevant to mobile testing.
Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex automation challenges.
Have a proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Be adaptable to a hybrid work model ensuring productivity and collaboration in both remote and in-office settings.
