Sr. Associate, Sage Intacct

As a Sage Intacct Implementation Senior Associate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse mid-sized businesses in various industries while utilizing your proficiency in Sage Intacct application and cloud-based technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing proficient knowledge and capabilities in Sage Intacct application, including functional configuration, business processes, and technical architecture - Identifying client business needs, pains, and requirements, and documenting them as project specifications and deliverables - Performing fit/gap analysis and process design for various modules in Sage Intacct such as GL, AR, AP, Order Management, and more - Conducting solution design, system testing, and user acceptance testing, as well as supporting user adoption and training activities - Offering day-to-day technical application support for client companies and assisting with solution integration - Working on other project-based initiatives and optimizing the use of Sage Intacct system through business process evaluation, procedure development, and QA planning To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, MIS, IT, or Computer Science - 3-5 years of experience in Sage Intacct within an SIAP or VAR practice - Sage Intacct certifications and expertise in process analysis and redesign - Strong communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and quickly learn and adapt to new technology software applications Preferred qualifications include Sage Intacct Implementation Certified Consultant, experience in a professional services environment, and relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or MBA Finance. You should be highly customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to quickly assess and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you should be dependable, able to work both independently and in a team, and manage client relationships effectively.
