Sr. Associate, Sage Intacct

Role Overview: As a Sage Intacct Senior Associate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to work with various mid-sized businesses in diverse industries, providing proficient knowledge and capabilities in the Sage Intacct application. Your role will involve identifying client business needs, performing fit/gap analysis, and designing solutions in areas such as GL, AR, AP, Order Management, and more. You will also be responsible for providing technical support, dashboard and report design, system testing, and user training. Key Responsibilities: - Provide proficient knowledge and capabilities in the Sage Intacct application, including functional configuration, business processes, and technical architecture - Identify client business pains, needs, and requirements, and document them in project specifications and deliverables - Perform fit/gap analysis and process design for Sage Intacct in various areas - Perform solution design, system testing, and guide user acceptance testing - Provide day-to-day technical application support for client companies - Perform dashboard and report design - Work closely with clients in system configuration and migration - Optimize the use of Sage Intacct system through business process evaluation, procedure development, and QA planning - Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues with Sage Intacct use - Actively assist with other project-based initiatives on an ad-hoc basis Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, MIS, IT, or Computer Science - 3-5 years of Sage Intacct experience in either an SIAP or VAR practice - Sage Intacct certifications - Expertise in process analysis and redesign of business processes - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a dynamic environment - Strong technology skills and ability to learn new software applications - Dedication to lifelong learning and staying updated with best practices in financial management - Strong Microsoft Office skills Additional Details: At RSM, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive culture that empowers you to thrive both personally and professionally.
