Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 10 to 14 years of extensive experience as a Technology Lead, with a strong command of .NET/Java and/or associated technologies programs Proficiency in .NET development, Dapper ORM, SQL Server, XML, JSON, React, Material UI, AG Grid, Apache Ignite/MemSQL, Solace/Signal-R, xUnit/NUnit, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of cloud based platform architecture. A strong understanding of cloud migration patterns and products (Azure/AWS/GCP) Strong commitment to development standards for coding, testing, documentation, reusability, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and present innovative technology solutions. Demonstrated experience in conducting POCs and providing well-researched recommendations. Strong analytical and research skills to support informed build vs. buy decisions. Ability to mentor teams, share expertise, and guide developers.
