About the Position

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and engage with credible non-profit organizations for various CSR and social impact programs.
• Coordinate with partner NGOs for project planning, implementation, and reporting.
• Support in due diligence, partner assessment, and documentation processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, foundations, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Monitor ongoing projects, track impact metrics, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (CSR, Programs, Communications, Finance) for partner coordination and reporting.
• Prepare project reports, case studies, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in organizing capacity-building workshops, networking sessions, and partnership meetings.
• Contribute to research, mapping, and evaluation of non-profit interventions aligned with BharatCares’ thematic focus areas.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in NGO partnerships, CSR implementation, or development sector project management.
• Strong understanding of the non-profit ecosystem, CSR regulations, and partnership management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data management tools.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and partner engagement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CSR-funded projects and partner onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of impact assessment and reporting frameworks.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
