Job Description

Sr. Assistant Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Plan and conceptualize strategies for upcoming projects while keeping a strong hold on competitor trends to set long-term and short-term goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development

    : Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals through the complete sales cycle, from pre-launch to unit handover.
  • Client & Channel Partner Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions for their property needs. Close deals and ensure proper after-sales services. Manage channel partners to ensure proper project awareness and branding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns. Collaborate with other teams to identify new business opportunities and develop marketing plans.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting

    : Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance. Develop a reporting mechanism to track targets against forecasts and report to senior management.
  • Sales Process Management

    : Manage every element of the sales process individually, staying updated on the latest industry regulations and standards. Manage customer requirements for on-time delivery, considering lead times and product specification changes.
