Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Training & Worksite Manager to join our team at RenewBuy, within the Direct Distribution Channel. This role is responsible for leading the training and employee development function, crafting and executing learning strategies, and organizing lead generation activities through corporates, public places, parks, and RWS.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who is passionate about designing and implementing impactful training programs while driving field-level initiatives to generate business leads. This role combines learning & development (L&D) expertise with business acumen to enhance both employee capability and channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the training and development strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Create and manage lead generation initiatives for the sales force through corporate tie-ups and worksite activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers, instructional designers, and coordinators to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  • Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify learning gaps and design relevant interventions.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs through classroom sessions, e-learning, and workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and learning analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Oversee training budgets, logistics, and resources to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for support in lead-generation activities.
  • Track and report training metrics and KPIs to assess program impact and ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
  • Partner with HR and functional managers to support talent development and career growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Training Manager or similar role in corporate training.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale training programs.
  • Solid knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Training & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPTD, CPLP, or ATD Master Trainer.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and competency-based training frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of project management and budget management.
  • Multilingual proficiency to support training for diverse employee populations.
