Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Act as the primary interface with business users to understand, document, and analyze their needs and processes.
• Solution Design & Automation: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions using Salesforce's declarative tools, with a strong focus on building and maintaining Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to hand off more complex requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: work with business team and users to create test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that all new features meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• User Support & Administration: Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and manage user roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Data Management: Assist with data quality initiatives, perform data uploads, and maintain data integrity using tools like Data Loader.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides.
• New tool & feature exploration: Evaluate & continuously explore latest salesforce technology & feature trends to provide technology solutions to business ask & problem statements
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Strong foundational knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Proven experience in building automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Familiarity with Salesforce core objects, fields, and security settings (OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets).
• Experience with Salesforce data management tools, such as Data Loader and the Data Import Wizard.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic understanding of Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to better communicate with developers.
• Familiarity with Einstein & new Gen Salesforce features.
