About the Role:

dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor & customer reconciliation regularly.
• Maintain and update sales, purchase, expense, and payment records.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and financial reports as required.
• Assist in monthly closing and audit preparation.
• Work closely with the finance team for reporting and compliance requirements.
• Use Excel for MIS reports, data analysis, and reconciliations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime (mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).

Job Details:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.
• Education: M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Good understanding of reconciliation, accounting principles, and ledgers.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be comfortable with a Work from Office role.
