Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee general accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting functions.
• Coordinate audits and prepare required documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets accounting (as applicable).
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
