Sr. Account Manager

Role Overview: As an Account Manager, your role will involve serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to maximize profits. Your focus will be on ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. In addition, you will need to develop new business with existing clients, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to meet client expectations.
