Job Description

As an Account Manager at our company located in Noida, your role is crucial in driving the overall growth of the account and managing all stakeholders associated with the account, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities include: - **Client Relationship Management:** You will penetrate the given account, engage regularly, and enhance client engagement by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - **Market Research:** Collect intelligence on clients, their market, competitors, and industry. - **Account Management:** Ensure smooth and timely delivery of all requirements to clients, manage client satisfaction, and track contract signing, agreement receipt, and overdue collections. - **Delivery Management:** Gather requirements, summarize, clarify queries, ensure timely submission, and follow up on closure. - **Sales Support:** Work alongside business leaders in closing sales, explaining product and service capabilities, and monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts/leads. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Liaise with internal teams like Technology, SEO, Social Media, and Content Teams to improve the entire Account Management process. - **Customer Relationship Building:** Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in any field (B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred). - MBA or other management qualification (Regular MBA preferred). **Experience Required:** - Proven relevant work experience as an Account Manager (International/Domestic domain) of at least 2+ years. - In-depth knowledge of IT Services or SAAS Product Delivery Account Management and Digital Marketing client management. **Skills and Abilities:** - Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. - Understanding of Account performance matrix. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude. - Presentation Skills Competencies. - Integrity, sincerity, and accountability. - Proactive with an out-of-the-box thinker approach. - Attention to detail, building partnerships, and trust. - Agile in nature and must have a customer-centric approach.
