Accounting & Finance Executive

who brings structure, precision, and accountability to our financial operations.

Role Overview

The

Accounting & Finance Executive

will manage daily accounting functions, vendor payments, invoicing, payroll coordination, and compliance support. This role calls for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to streamline processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of financial records.
Prepare and process invoices, vendor bills, reimbursements, and payments.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist in monthly closings.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with HR for employee reimbursements.
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow summaries, and expense trackers.
Work with auditors and consultants during monthly and annual reviews.
Ensure documentation accuracy and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
2–4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, preferably in a mid-sized company or creative agency.
Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll coordination, and compliance reporting.
