Skill: Tableau SQL Senior Developer (Senior Level) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore Shift timing: Willing to work on 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline 7+ years of experience in data and business analytics (industrial data highly preferred) 7+ years of experience in business intelligence/data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI) 5+ years of experience with query languages: SQL 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Procurement reporting and S/4HANA 1+ years of experience in HTML and website development Position Responsibilities: Engage broadly with leaders within Service Towers and functional partners to frame, structure, and prioritize business problems Mine datasets to identify information & insights to answer key questions and highlight key indicators to drive actions Find correlations between multiple disparate and complex data sets in various data platforms and represent their significance to the larger organization in simpler terms through presentations and stories Create compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools to present complex data Lead business intelligence projects from inception to completion, including defining scope, business requirements, timelines and deliverables Build and maintain data models to facilitate analysis and reporting; lead and manage ongoing maintenance, updating, and building of data reports Build recurring reports, dashboards, and screens using various platforms: Tableau (subject matter expert experience required), Microsoft Power BI, SAP Ariba Public Reports Work with extended business teams to build and map personas to critical KPIs used to understand business needs and identify relevant data points for analysis Understand logic and data sources behind reports and analysis to find issues, inconsistencies, and solutions Work with business leads and cross functional teams to build complex, detailed visual displays and stories out of data; Tell the story through graphs, diagrams, and data that drive actionable outcomes Provide insights to understand and speak with various levels (from analyst to VP) using data in a simple format Desired Qualifications (Preferred Skills/Experience): 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree Experience working on large scale, complex programs focused on data integration & analytics Professional interpersonal and communication skills Experience understanding customer needs and tailoring material presented to your audience Experience delivering business and data analytics solutions in a manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment Possess a continuous improvement mindset Problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively influence and coach employees Ability to collaborate across the globe Show more Show less
