Job Description

Fully responsible for taking care of OEM customers inquiries.
Communicate with customers to get their orders/delivery requests booked in SAP on timely base, manage the change if any.
ommunicate with sales, supply chain, logistics and finance team to make sure of smooth order to cash process.
Follow up customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction level.
Follow up customer s reasonable requirement to provide value-added service.
Support sales team with reporting and other inquiries etc.
