Job description:
  • Fully responsible for taking care of OEM customers’ inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers to get their orders/delivery requests booked in SAP on timely base, manage the change if any.
  • ommunicate with sales, supply chain, logistics and finance team to make sure of smooth order to cash process.
  • Follow up customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction level.
  • Follow up customer’s reasonable requirement to provide value-added service.
  • Support sales team with reporting and other inquiries etc.

Profile description:
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a customer service or sales operations role.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or commerce or related. 
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Good sense of responsibility & service attitude, team spirit.
