Let’s define tomorrow together. Job Overview And Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled creative designer and content creator to join the United for Business Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing segment owners and subject matter experts to proactively ideate and develop compelling, high impact content and design solutions that help us achieve our business objectives. This role is responsible for beginning-to-end design execution, including brainstorming and crafting marketing materials, managing stakeholder expectations and feedback, securing necessary approvals, and ensuring top-tier quality and flawless delivery. Strong storytelling and communication, strategic and creative thinking, and collaboration skills are essential as you bring innovative design and content strategies to life. Creative Strategy, Execution & innovation – Develop & implement impactful design and content strategies aligned with business goals such as slides, flyers, banners, HTML, video, video flow planning along with scripting etc that support United marketing objectives & conform to brand standards. Stay ahead of trends, bring fresh ideas & elevate brand storytelling. Project Management – Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs for seamless execution. Ensure on-time, quality assured delivery of creative assets. Collaboration & Communication – Collaborate with stakeholders (marketers, copywriters, designers, etc) to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives. Effectively communicate ideas through design, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand identity and marketing goals. Proactively recommend content improvements & coordinate with external agencies to ensure thoughtful execution. Performance & Optimization – Track creative performance and continuously refine strategies for better engagement. This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the design field in Creative/Design or similar Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Arts 4+ years of relevant design experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Adobe Firefly, After Effects) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
