You will be experienced in interpreting briefs, using your own initiative and working independently on assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is produced to a high standard. You will be required to continually develop your knowledge and understanding of WSPs brand, services, and market position.
Responsibilities
- Typical tasks might include (but are not restricted to) the following:
- Liaising with stakeholders and internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Leading and supporting creative projects and tasks, communicating concepts / ideas, and providing regular updates on progress.
- Carrying out relevant quality assurance checks including spelling and grammar of deliverables.
- Promoting the use of standard templates and monitoring correct implementation of the WSP brand.
- Providing a flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Working with the wider team to collaborate, share ideas and ensure the smooth delivery of every project.
- Creating compelling digital and print content. Assisting in the production of materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, whitepapers, infographics, organograms, webpages, charts, branded templates, banners, business cards and social media content.
- Making recommendations for enhancing the overall effectiveness and attractiveness of materials and collateral.
- Assisting in image editing and retouching, including possible attendance requirements at photo shoots.
- Maintaining and managing design files, assets, and image libraries in line with agreed processes
- Keeping up to date with industry-leading software and technologies including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365.
- Supporting other team members during times of heavy workload and absences to enhance the effective operation of the Business Administration team.
- Communicate openly, sharing ideas, knowledge, and best practice.
- Providing guidance and coaching to other members of the Business Administration team where required.
- Undertaking any ad-hoc duties required by the Business Administration Leadership Team.
- Proactively contributing to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
- You will gain invaluable insight and experience of working for one of the world&aposs leading engineering professional services firms and will work with internal stakeholders across our many and varied functions.

Qualifications
- A minimum of Degree
- A portfolio with examples of creative work.
- Excellent sense of aesthetic design and a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy and composition.
- Previous experience in similar creative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses a professional and confident manner.
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge and experience of Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects and SharePoint is desirable.
- A creative flair and originality with a passion for producing outstanding creative work.
- Strong attention to detail, striving for perfection in execution.
- The ability to take direction from senior staff and other team members.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Communicates openly, keeps stakeholders informed and proactively shares knowledge.
