Job Purpose

This job profile plays a vital role in building the bank. The job profile requires tecno-function kind of skills which can leverage functional knowledge and transform into technology solutions. The role is to facilitate all front-end teams i.e., business for their Digital loan journeys, collections for their EMI collection journeys, customer service for the management of Service requests in efficient and quick manner, through the technological solutions so that the penetration towards digitalization may increase.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Should have high analytical skill sets in terms of Data Collation & Analysis, organized statistical information to make it useful for stakeholders.
  • Should have skills to scrutinize necessary information/data by using various analytical tools to present the information in more effective manner with Excel/SAS etc.
  • Should have presentation skills to extract and present the data and should have skills to analyze and assess the quality of data.
  • Candidate should have problem solving approach to meet the expectations of stake holders.
  • Candidate should have high interpersonal & team working skills.
  • Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Should be able to independently Co-ordinate with various Business & Support teams and ensure all deliverables are met within timelines.
  • Manage governance activities related to department (i.e., Audit, Staff Management, Project Management etc.)
  • Should be well versed in day-to-day operations activities under Retail Banking Asset Operations.
  • Candidate worked on recurring payments and PG shall be given preference.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • High skills in Data Analysis, Massaging, Deep Dive Analysis & Presentation.
  • Should have good communication skills and be able to manage stakeholders.
  • Should be able to manage a team efficiently.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Champion IDFC First's 'Customer First' culture by driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight.
  • Collaborate with the Business, Product, Customer Service, Credit, Technology, Analytics and Risk teams to ensure smooth functioning of business.

Education Qualifications

Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate

Experience

5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Operations
