The Specialist Governance - Digital Initiatives - Retail Asset Operations plays a crucial role in supporting the bank's digital transformation efforts within the Service department. The role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to develop technology solutions that enhance various front-end teams" operations, such as Digital loan journeys, EMI collections, and customer service management. By leveraging analytical skills, communication abilities, and compliance knowledge, the Specialist Governance ensures efficient and effective digitalization processes. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong analytical skills to collate and analyze data, transforming statistical information into actionable insights for stakeholders. - Proficient in using analytical tools like Excel and SAS to extract and present information effectively. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills to meet stakeholder expectations and ensure quality data analysis. - Possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with various teams effectively. - Communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally. - Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards while coordinating with business and support teams to meet deliverables within specified timelines. - Manage governance activities, including audits, staff management, and project management, within the Retail Banking Asset Operations department. Secondary Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth data analysis and presentations to support decision-making processes. - Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and team management. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Promote a "Customer First" culture within the team to deliver exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Business, Product, Customer Service, Credit, Technology, Analytics, and Risk to ensure seamless business operations.
