" Job Description Role Purpose: As a CSR Specialist, you will drive the design, execution, and governance of strategic CSR programs, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, CSR professionals, manage partnerships, and ensure measurable impact across focus areas such as healthcare access, education, sustainability, and community development and volunteering. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Program Management Lead the planning and execution of CSR initiatives. Translate community needs and business priorities into scalable, high-impact programs. Develop annual CSR strategy, budgets, Action Plan and KPIs in collaboration with leadership and the CSR Committee. CSR Communication: Internal & External Team & Stakeholder Management Manage and mentor a team of CSR executives and interns. Build strong relationships with Foundation, NGOs, government agencies, and internal business units. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to embed CSR into the company’s culture. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Oversee program monitoring frameworks and ensure timely impact assessments. Track progress against KPIs and prepare reports for internal reviews, board meetings, and statutory disclosures. Ensure compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act and CSR Rules. Governance & Communication Ensure transparency in fund utilization and partner accountability. Drive employee engagement through volunteering programs and awareness campaigns. Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields. 7–12 years of experience in CSR or social impact roles, with at least 2–3 years in a corporate. Strong understanding of CSR laws, Social Impacts, ESG frameworks, and sustainability reporting. Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and multi-stakeholder projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Preferred Attributes: Passion for social innovation and inclusive development. Ability to balance strategic thinking with on-ground execution. Familiarity with digital tools for CSR impact tracking and reporting.
