Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Spare Parts Manager to lead and manage the spare parts operations for our services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, procurement, vendor coordination, warehouse management, and ensuring timely parts availability to service center's and technicians across the region. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end spare parts management, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control. Collaborate with service centers and internal teams to forecast demand and maintain optimum stock levels. Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and third-party vendors for timely and cost-effective procurement. Monitor and improve order fulfilment rates, turnaround times, and part availability. Implement processes to reduce lead times, obsolescence, and excess stock. Generate and analyse reports on spare parts consumption, stock levels, and purchase trends. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in storage and transportation. Use ERP and inventory management tools effectively to track and optimize inventory. Lead and mentor a small team of storekeepers or warehouse staff. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in spare parts or supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics or appliances. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and vendor management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of electronics/white goods components. Experience working with multi-location service networks. Familiarity with reverse logistics and parts warranty tracking. Show more Show less
