Spare Parts Executive

Key Responsibilities:Spare Parts Management Receive, store, and issue automobile spare parts as per company procedures. Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely availability of required parts. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock counting and reconciliation. Ensure proper labeling, binning, and arrangement of spare parts in the store. Inventory & Documentation Maintain accurate inventory records manually and in the system. Update stock entries, GRN, dispatch notes, and consumption reports. Track fast-moving and slow-moving parts for better inventory planning. Monitor minimum stock level and raise purchase requests when required. Computer Skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling. Ability to work on inventory management software / ERP. Preparing daily reports, stock statements, and MIS. Automobile Sector Knowledge Understanding of vehicle components, basic mechanics, and part identification. Knowledge of part numbers, specifications, and compatibility. Coordination with workshop team for correct part issuance. Vendor & Customer Coordination Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders and delivery status. Support service engineers and technicians in parts requirement. Handle customer queries for spare parts availability and pricing (if needed). Store Maintenance & Compliance Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement in the spare parts store. Follow company policies for stock handling, security, and documentation. Ensure zero damage and loss of spare parts. Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate. Experience in automobile spare parts handling (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, ERP). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work accurately and maintain records. Salary Range:Based on experience & company norms.
