Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest feedback and complaint resolution.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complaints and issues professionally.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, such as reservation systems.
