Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and booking systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
