Spa Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments using booking software
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays
• Assist with retail sales and inventory management
• Ensure guest records are entered and managed accurately, handling all information confidentially
• Address client feedback and resolve issues to maximize client satisfaction
• Collaborate with therapists and the rest of the spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively arrange their next appointment to ensure continuous care and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Diploma or Degree or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a spa, hotel, or similar hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with booking software, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
