We are actively looking for a dynamic, proactive, growth oriented professional to manage the Spa. Role & Responsibilities Business Growth & Marketing: Create and run local promotions, events, and partnerships to boost spa visits. Guest Engagement: Welcome clients, explain services, and encourage bookings. Sales: Achieve sales, membership, and retail goals with tailored offers for Bangalore. Daily Operations: Oversee smooth spa functioning, high standards in service, hygiene, and ambiance. Ensure compliance and manage billing. Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and schedule staff to deliver excellent guest service. Customer Care: Build strong client relationships, manage feedback, and oversee loyalty programs. Inventory & Finances: Maintain product stocks and handle cash and budgets responsibly. KPIs: Track revenue, client satisfaction, staff performance, and operational excellence. Preferred Profile Confident, presentable, and friendly. 2+ years' experience in spa/hospitality management with proven sales and team leadership. Sales-driven, customer-focused and a strong leader. Bachelors degree or diploma in Spa Management or Hospitality. Work Schedule Six days/week, rotational shifts including weekends. Why Wellness 365? Key Responsibilities Greet clients and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous, professional manner Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments using booking software Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays Assist with retail sales and inventory management Ensure guest records are entered and managed accurately, handling all information confidentially Address client feedback and resolve issues to maximize client satisfaction Collaborate with therapists and the rest of the spa staff to ensure smooth operations. Proactively arrange their next appointment to ensure continuous care and engagement. Qualifications and Skills Any Diploma or Degree or equivalent required Experience in customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a spa, hotel, or similar hospitality setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with booking software, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
