1. Greet and welcome guests, answering phone calls and responding to emails.

2. Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments.

3. Handle payment transactions and process invoices.

4. Maintain accurate records and databases.

5. Provide information and recommendations on SPA services and products.

6. Collaborate with therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

*Requirements:*

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Previous experience in customer-facing roles.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic knowledge of SPA services and products.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and reception software.
