Spa Manager – 5-Star Luxury Resort, UdaipurPosition Overview

The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and driving revenue for the resort’s luxury wellness facility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in spa operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Guest Experience

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, including treatments, scheduling, housekeeping, and guest handling.
• Ensure highest levels of service quality, hygiene, and hospitality in line with 5-star standards.
• Handle VIP & VVIP guests with personalized services.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat visits.

2. Team Leadership

• Supervise therapists, front desk, and housekeeping staff.
• Conduct daily briefings, training, grooming checks, and skill development sessions.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure full manpower at all times.

3. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through upselling, promotions, memberships, and service add-ons.
• Monitor daily sales, maintain reports, and coordinate with accounts for billing accuracy.
• Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns, online reviews, and special packages.

4. Inventory & Maintenance

• Oversee stock management of oils, cosmetics, linen, and consumables.
• Coordinate with engineering/housekeeping for maintenance of spa equipment, rooms, steam/sauna, pedicure stations, and ambiance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation SOPs.

5. Coordination

• Collaborate with the resort’s Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and HR teams for smooth operations.
• Attend management meetings and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Support in events, weddings, and VIP hospitality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in spa operations; luxury hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.
• Knowledge of spa therapies, beauty treatments, and wellness products.
• Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and deliver exceptional service.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and target achievement.

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
