Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise spa staff: therapists, front desk, and housekeeping.
* Manage daily operations, appointment scheduling, inventory, and service standards.
* Ensure top-quality guest experience and resolve customer concerns.
* Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with spa protocols.
* Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
* Achieve monthly revenue targets, promote services/products, and control costs.
* Handle reporting, cash management, and vendor coordination.
* Maintain client records, feedback logs, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
