Experience: 2–5 Years in Spa or Hospitality Management
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Depending on experience) + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium spa facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, efficient team management, revenue growth, and adherence to wellness standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations including front desk, therapists, and housekeeping staff
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction at all times
• Train, motivate, and lead a team of therapists and support staff
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and procurement of spa supplies
• Implement spa SOPs and maintain hygiene and safety protocols
• Develop and implement spa promotions, packages, and events in coordination with marketing
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and operational reporting
• Work closely with the hotel/resort management team to ensure alignment with property standards
• Meet revenue and performance targets and generate monthly reports

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Therapy, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of spa treatments, beauty services, and wellness trends
• Proficient in spa booking software and basic office applications
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional language is a plus
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for wellness and service excellence
