Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all spa services and products.
Lead and motivate a team of therapists, trainers, and support staff to achieve goals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing spas or wellness centers, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, including booking systems, inventory management, and staff training.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
