It is crucial to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen. Additionally, you will be supervising and training junior kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques. Your role also involves proper stock management, ensuring ingredient freshness, and minimizing wastage. You will have the opportunity to develop and innovate new South Indian recipes and menu items, while also maintaining portion control and presentation standards as per brand requirements. Collaborating with management for menu planning and cost control will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred, with strong culinary skills. - Minimum 15 years of experience in authentic South Indian cuisine is a strong plus.
