Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, banquets, and outdoor events. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate, wedding planners, event agencies, and travel trade partners. Drive wedding & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business through strategic networking and marketing. Maximize banquet and outdoor garden bookings for weddings, parties, and large gatherings. Create seasonal offers & promotional packages to increase occupancy and banquet sales. Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions, social media campaigns, and print advertising. Conduct property show rounds for prospective clients to showcase facilities and services. Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction. Monitor market trends & competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management review. Ensure excellent client servicing to generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate with F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Represent the property at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. Maintain an updated database of leads, contacts, and client history. Meet and exceed revenue goals through proactive sales initiatives.
