Sourcing Specialist Roles & Responsible:

  • Knowledge of L&D methodologies, training trends, and learning technologies
  • Ability to analyze training needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly
  • Understanding the training requirements (Technical/ Non-Technical/Niche /Priority)

from respective Business Managers / Clients.

  • Fulfilling the requirements by sourcing Trainers / Freelancers/ Consultants through the

Database, Job portals, References, Headhunting & Social networking sites.

  • Negotiating with the trainers/vendors to achieve expected margin
  • End to end training co-ordination for the corporate clients at PAN India level.
  • Negotiating with trainer/Vendors on the commercial.
  • Responsible to execute all the technical / Non-Technical evaluation calls with the Internal calls/client.
  • Maintaining own database of Trainers. Developing, sustaining and nurturing relationships

with external trainers.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
