Job Summary:

Talent Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool aligned with ongoing and upcoming project requirements.
  • Support BD and Tendering teams by providing relevant CVs and manpower data for bids and proposals.
  • Screen profiles for suitability based on project scope and client specifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and timely availability of profiles.
  • Track competitor hiring trends and provide market insights to management.
  • Ensure timely submission of CVs and manpower details as per bid timelines.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with up to 3 years of experience in candidate sourcing and database management.
  • Hands-on experience using

    Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

    .
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience supporting

    EPC, Construction, or Real Estate tendering teams

    preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
